Liars dislike silence, so they try to fill every moment with unnecessary details. These fabricated details aim to convince both you and themselves of their story’s truth.

💨 Changes in breathing.

A liar may begin breathing heavily as their heart rate increases due to stress. They may even struggle to speak as their mouth dries – another physical response to lying.
