Start your day with something relaxing or energizing, like meditation, yoga, or reading. Dedicate this time to yourself.

 

🤫 Spend time alone.

Spend 2–3 hours without social media or TV. Use this time to organize your thoughts.

 

💳 Avoid unnecessary purchases.

Take a day off from shopping to break the cycle of impulsive spending.
