Chronic stress can lead to apathy. Here’s how to tackle it:

 

🥗 Fix Your Diet. Cut out alcohol, smoking, sugar, and caffeine. Focus on wholesome, nourishing foods.

 

🛌 Improve Your Sleep Schedule. Go to bed before 11 PM and wake up by 8 AM to let your body recover and lower cortisol levels.

 

🏋️ Stay Active. Exercise and outdoor walks can shake off stress like dust from a rug.

 

🚫 Avoid Antidepressants. They often mask symptoms and can lead to dependency. Address the root cause instead.
