Emotional regulation is a skill every man should master to handle stress and conflicts effectively:

 

🔄 Reframe the situation.

Shift your perspective. The situation remains the same, but you can choose to view it through a more constructive lens.

 

🔭 Take a meta-position.

Step back and observe the situation as if you’re an outsider. Seeing things from a "balcony view" can reduce emotional intensity.

 

🗣️ Verbalize your feelings.

Sometimes, simply talking it out works wonders. Venting emotions lowers their intensity and clears your mind.

 

💨 Breathe.

Even a few deep breaths can help calm your nervous system. You don’t need advanced yoga techniques—just inhale and exhale deliberately.
